We would like to inform you about an interesting initiative promoted by META Group: the Support Services for Exploitation of Research Results – SSERR, a free service dedicated to EU funded projects inthe field of energy whose aim is to offer the support needed to maximize the added value and the impact of research projects.
Both completed and ongoing research projects under the 7th Framework Programme (Thematic Priority number 5 “ENERGY” of the “Co-operation” programme) and Horizon 2020 (Societal Challenge “Secure, clean and efficient energy”) could access one or more of the following services:
- Project Risk Analysis to identify risks and potential obstacles to the exploitation of project results;
- Exploitation Strategy Seminars to brainstorm on key results and explore how to manage the risks associated with exploitation;
- Business Plan Development service to successful handle the commercialisation of the products or services;
- Assistance for Patenting to support partners in the different stages of the protection of Intellectual Property Rights;
- Brokerage Events to present exploitable results to key actors such as investors and business partners.
