INSME Alert: “Call for applications for the Strategic Forum for Important Projects of Common European Interest”
Dear INSME Members,
we would like to inform you that the European Commission is currently looking for individuals and organisations (representing academia, finance, industry, small and medium-sized enterprises, and employees) willing to take part in the EC’s Strategic Forum for Important Projects of Common European Interest.
The aim of the forum is to advise the Commission on the key value chains for Europe, facilitate agreements between public authorities and key stakeholders from several Member States to take forward new projects that make value chains more robust and support the EC in designing measures necessary to ensure the successful implementation and a proper monitoring of these projects.
The group will consist of up to 50 members, who will be appointed for two years. In principle, the group will meet 2 to maximum 3 times per year at the Commission premises in Brussels in order to discuss industrial value chains of strategic importance for Europe and related investments.
Applications must be completed in one of the official languages of the European Union and submitted by the 16th of March 2018.
To learn more about the selection criteria and supporting documents to be sent, please read the call carefully here.
With best regards,
INSME Secretariat
