Dear Members, Colleagues and Delegates,
The 14th INSME Annual Meeting is getting closer and we would like to share the latest version of the draft agenda available here with you.
The most important update is related to the programme that has been enriched with a new session on the afternoon of the 18th of May. Our partner EUREKA Network will welcome us at its premises from 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. for a session on the cluster program in advanced manufacturing.
In case you have not done it yet, please confirm your participation to:
- The International Conference on the 17th of May
- The Gala Dinner at the “Brasserie Leopold” on the 17th of May
- The General Assembly on the morning session of the 18th of May
- The EUREKA Informative session on the afternoon of the 18th of May.
by sending an e-mail and a scanned copy of your passport/ID by the 30th of April to [email protected]. Your document is needed to meet the European Parliament security requirements.
We also remind you that the deadline to take advantage of the discounted rates negotiated in two different hotels is approaching, therefore please make sure to book your room:
- By the 1st of May at the Hotel Royal Centre Best Western
- By the 6th of May at the Thon EU Hotel.
