Acer has recently launched the new TravelMate Copilot+ business notebook series, featuring the latest Intel Core Ultra 3 processors and Intel vPro technology, designed to help organizations fully unlock the potential of AI. The four new business notebook models include the TravelMate P4 14 AI, TravelMate P4 Spin 14 AI, TravelMate P2 16 AI, and TravelMate P2 14 AI, offering high performance in real work scenarios, long battery life, enterprise-level security, and simplified IT management. The TravelMate models are designed to support and optimize AI applications, meaning these devices come with advanced hardware and software capable of efficiently handling AI-related tasks and functions such as machine learning, natural language processing, and image recognition, enhancing user experience and productivity.

These devices target markets ranging from SMEs to the public sector, balancing performance, productivity, and security. They are the first models in the series to offer the Copilot+ experience, reflecting Acer’s strategy to build a comprehensive portfolio of AI-ready business products.
Massimiliano Rossi, Vice President of Acer’s Notebook Division, stated: “As IT and operational teams across industries explore how AI can support their organizations, Acer continues to provide targeted product portfolios and business expertise, accelerating AI transformation tailored to each company. The new TravelMate Copilot+ business notebooks are designed to deliver enhanced AI performance, seamless productivity, and multi-layered security.”

The new TravelMate notebooks support advanced on-device AI capabilities, accelerate AI-driven workflows, and offer fast, stable, and quiet performance with long battery life. For businesses looking to save time on repetitive low-value tasks and boost team efficiency, these notebooks provide intelligent Windows 11 Copilot+ tools to streamline daily workflows.
Additionally, to meet the needs of diverse work environments, Acer’s AI-enhanced PurifiedVoice (AI noise reduction) and PurifiedView technologies improve audio and video quality; Thunderbolt 4 support enables fast charging and battery optimizations via TravelMateSense; while Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 ensure faster connections and collaboration.

To ensure data and device security, each Copilot+ notebook is a Secured-core PC, offering the highest level of Windows hardware, firmware, and software protection. Other security features include an optional chassis intrusion alarm, dedicated TPM, secure fingerprint recognition, webcam cover, and Kensington Nano lock slot.
The new models also integrate Commercial BIOS and Acer Office Manager (AOM) to help SMEs easily manage remote devices, even with limited IT support. They meet MIL‑STD‑810H military standards, making them ideal for frequent travel and dynamic work environments; some models also hold TCO certification, supporting organizations in their sustainability goals.
As Vice President Massimiliano Rossi described: “The market is highly competitive, and every innovative product is the result of our research team’s efforts… when consumers have to choose, they often hesitate between multiple options. In reality, the brand’s history and value continue to form the technological foundation of new products. Acer, as a ‘pillar of PCs in Taiwan,’ brings credibility and philosophy to the core of new products, strengthened by AI. We are confident TravelMate will receive a positive market response.”

Emmanuel Fromont, President of EMEA Operations, added: “All our operations require continuous communication and cooperation between local teams and our headquarters in Taiwan. New products must meet the real needs of modern consumers.” Recently, Acer Switzerland has launched several projects in collaboration with local educational institutions.
Acer is not only a driver of the tech industry but also carries forward the responsibility of imparting technology knowledge and education to new generations.
