Dear INSME Members,
we are glad to inform you about the launch of the “Call for Innovations at the Edge of Government”, an opportunity promoted by the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) in collaboration with UAE Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation (MBRCGI).
The call is open to submissions from government officials, civil society organizations and companies, as long as the goals of the innovation are to improve government and citizen lives, and the public sector is the main leader of the work or is an integral partner.
Selected teams will be invited to present their innovations to the OPSI Innovation Conference taking place from the 19th to the 20th of November in Paris, France as well as to the World Government Summit scheduled for the 17th, 18th and 19th of February 2019 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
On top of that, ten selected innovations will be featured in the OECD report “Embracing Innovation in Government: Global Trends”while the most valuable ones will be recognized as international best practices in the OPSI Innovations Platform.
The deadline for submissions is the 14th of September.
